Port Complex
Following an international call for tenders launched by Port Nador West Med, the consortium formed by Boluda Towage France, a subsidiary of the world’s leading maritime towage company Boluda Corporación Marítima, and Marsa Maroc, has been awarded the license to operate towing and assistance services at the Port of Nador West Med for a period of 20 years, starting in the last quarter of 2026.
The Group will set up a joint subsidiary to manage this operating license and make the related investments, including the acquisition of a fleet of four tugboats with a pulling capacity of 80 tons, for approximately €45 million.
The capital of the licensed subsidiary will be divided between Boluda Towage France (51%) and Marsa Maroc (49%).
