Port Complex

On February 13, 2025, Tanger Med Port Authority took part in the “Women In Maritime” Day, organized in Rabat by the Directorate of Ports and Maritime Public Domain under the Ministry of Public Works. The meeting is part of an initiative to promote the role of women in the maritime and port sector, while encouraging equal opportunities and female leadership.

Represented by several of the port authority’s female employees, TMPA took an active part in discussions on career paths, challenges and opportunities linked to promoting female representation in the maritime sector, with the goal of fostering greater equality of opportunity and inclusion.
