With this in mind, Tanger Med Port has strengthened its fleet with the acquisition of two new tugboats, VB AZLA and VB AMSA, supplied by Boluda, a major player in the field of maritime assistance.
These high-capacity tugs are specially designed to meet the requirements of the largest vessels, with superior pulling power to ensure effective assistance even in the most complex conditions. While the pilot, a port expert, guides the vessel according to local conditions (weather, currents, etc.), the tug provides the power needed to carry out the maneuvers.
